Experience: Required Minimum 3 years of Experience in Manufacturing and Managing people. Industry/ Company Preference Industries with good manufacturing practices / similar electrical / electronic industries. Experience in Relay manufacturing would be preffered.
Languages Preffered English, Tamil. Job Responsibilities "Production planning and control Materials management. Technical assistance to routine manufacturing. Trouble shooting of defective electronic boards. Maintenance of Testing equipment and trouble shooting. Development of Test softwares . Maintenance of product firmware. Maintenance of quality indicators and other production charts.
Implement quality systems and procedures, Report periodically on performance against targets Resolve regular and escalated production issues, Periodically, update production status in SAP" Competencies Technical, Power system protection and control, Power system equipment and elements, Analog / Digital electronics, Microprocessor based electronic circuits, Digital Signal Processor, ISO 9000/ 14000 working knowledge
Behavioural / Managerial: Planning, People management, Communication, Other Information PC Skills, Preferred - Knowledge of SAP, QC and other analysis tools, Instrumentation and measurement techniques, Awareness on TQM & TPM.
