Starting off as a regional player, Oman Air as Oman’s national carrier has witnessed rapid growth in the last few years. Oman Air has played a major role in making Muscat a major traffic hub in the Middle East and currently looking at modernizing its functions to global standards. As a part of the modernization program, they are looking for the following resources to join their team:
Oracle HR Functional Consultants for Oman. Should be a professional graduate from a recognized university (Preferably MBA degree from recognized university). Should have excellent Knowledge & Experience on Core HR Functional Area. Should have Complete Knowledge on all HRMS Modules (Application Expertise). Should have Minimum implementation exposure of 3 different HR modules and out of which experience in Core HR module is mandatory.
Should have Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Oracle HR functional consultant, with least two complete HR implementations. (Previous experience in an Airline environment will be an added asset). Expert Knowledge in configuring and administering Oracle HRMS. Should have experience in evaluating systems specifications and functional specifications. Ability to understand existing business processes and bridge the gap with the built-in functionalities of HR system.
Experience in Oracle Financials and how to integrate it to Oracle HRMS. Good experience in Data Migration related issues. Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer or any OLAP tools. Good in Communication, Analytical & Project management skills.
