Sales Marketing Managers

Job Description and Role- Internal Working Relationships Managing Director, Field Sales Managers, Trade marketing Managers, Key account Executives, Sales Executives, Finance staff and Merchandisers . External Working Relationships Customer and Principal management and key operations personnel, service providers and outside decision-makers.

Key Accountabilities: Responsible for the delivery of net profits, growth, operational excellence and employee performance of the division. Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of aggressive and innovative sales and marketing policies/programs for principals and customers with a view to ensure adequate penetration, market share, product positioning, growth and performance.

Direction and administration of all business, sales and marketing operations and administrative functions to achieve outstanding results for the division. Responsible for achieving sales and marketing targets in line with company business plans and budgets. Representing the company to the FMCG division’s principals.

The incumbent would be independently responsible for key activities Sales, Marketing and Operational Excellence including formulation of business plans, people management, business growth and expansion. Will interact directly with the Principals for products, pricing and strategies. Attractive compensation package and benefits are offered and would not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
