Test Engineer

Our clients based at UK are the leading independent provider of subscriber-centric networks for the telecommunicationsindustry.They have immediate openings for the following skills at KL, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: Review Test Plans, Test Specifications, and Test Scripts to validate the expected system functionality, Write and execute Test Cases and Test Scripts, Raise fault reports when appropriate, Write Test Reports, Setup test lab.

Essential Skills: At least 1 years experience in white box, black box or integration testing, At least 1 years experience using one of the following, Experience of databases using external replication, Experience in clustered environments or distributed systems, Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, Some scripting and test automation knowledge, User level UNIX skills including scripting, Excellent spoken and written English.

Essential Attributes: Ability to see and comprehend the big picture, Proactive, methodical, organized, enthusiastic, eager to learn, take pride in own work, pay great attention to detail, Ability to communicate with people clearly and efficiently. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience of Network Management Systems, Experience of GUI Testing methods, Knowledge of LDAP, DAP, X.500, Experience of Perl.

Experience with strategic analysis and planning with financial acumen; able to recognize implications of business and technical decisions, Team worker; able to lead and influence others to achieve objectives, Experience and comfort giving presentations to customers and large organizations.
