ERP Functional Consultant HR System:Our clients are one of the leading regional Airlines in Gulf, based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They have a strong work force of 2900 employees. Their two major business areas are Aviation Support and Airlines. They have a wide network and are in the process of expansion. They are looking for ERP Functional Consultant – HR System.
ERP Functional Consultant HR System:Holder of Master/ MBA degree from recognized university. Good Experience in implementing Oracle-based HRMS packages (like Oracle HR, People Soft Ramco etc).Expert Knowledge in configuring and administering Oracle-based HR systems. Minimum of 3-5 years experience, as a functional consultant, in implementing Oracle-based HR Systems with completed at least two complete HR implementations.
Ability to understand existing business processes and bridge the gap with the built-in functionalities of HR system.Experience in Oracle Financials and how to integrate it to Oracle-based a HR system. Hence, the candidate should have Good knowledge in Finance and implementation of financial packages like Oracle Financials.Good experience in Data Migration related issues
Experience in evaluating systems specifications and in implementation of ERP Solutions. Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer or any OLAP tools. Good communication skills. Previous experience in an Airline environment will be an added asset. Understand the configuration options and current state usage.
